- All original tags, packaging, and protective liners must be included
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimate apparel (unless defective)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
